Host Your Event at Easton Mountain

You can find conference rooms and hotel ballrooms anywhere. What you can’t find just anywhere is 175 acres of wooded hillside in upstate New York, a team that treats hospitality as a practice, and a place that’s been holding meaningful gatherings for twenty-five years.

Easton Mountain is available to host your group, your retreat, your celebration. Some of our rental partners are new to us. Some have been coming back for five, ten, twenty years. They arrive not quite knowing what they need, and leave knowing exactly what they’ll build here next time.

The Setting

175 acres in the Hudson Valley foothills

Easton Mountain sits on 175 acres of wooded hillside near Greenwich, New York — just three hours from New York City and two from Boston. Hiking trails wind through the property. A swimming pool opens in warmer months. A wood-fire sauna is available year-round.

Our location offers genuine privacy — the kind that lets your group do intimate work without the world looking in. There are no neighbors in earshot. No foot traffic. Just land, quiet, and the people you bring.

Radical Hospitality

A place that welcomes everyone

We’ve honored to share this special place.

Easton Mountain was founded by gay men and remains a place where LGBTQ individuals and groups feel genuinely at home. We’ve also hosted groups spanning the full spectrum of identities, orientations, and walks of life — Tantra and bodywork practitioners, crafting circles, nonprofit and social justice organizations, faith communities, leadership conferences, and others.

Privacy and discretion come with every rental. Your group gets full access to the grounds and amenities, a staff committed to openhearted service, and a setting that holds whatever work your event calls for.

Radical hospitality isn’t a marketing phrase here. It’s foundational to how Easton operates — and it’s been that way since 2000.
