You’ll take your plate and find a seat. Maybe it’s on the deck. Maybe it’s a table on the great lawn, or the sunroom, or somewhere near the pool. There’s no assigned seating. No schedule you have to keep. Just good food and whatever happens next.
What happens next is usually a conversation you didn’t plan on having.
You’ll sit down next to someone from a workshop you just left, and the discussion picks up where it ended. You’ll spot a facilitator you’d been wanting to talk to and they wave you over. You’ll catch the eye of someone across the table, introduce yourself, and by dinner you’ll be picking up where you left off at lunch. Meals at Easton are where the community forms — not in spite of the informality, but because of it. You will always have friends to sit with here.
